The property was designed in 1930 by Dean Parmelee, Architect at the request of Warren Zinsmaster, property owner of the Madrid House next door. Conceived as a 'Florida Style' compound to host visiting faculty for the recently established University of Miami, the property boasts a moat, a cave and a four car garage.

For one unforgettable evening, you’ll experience original works by Picasso, Warhol, Degas, Van Dyck, Rubens, and more, presented alongside the acclaimed “Radiance” Collection by contemporary artist Alex Righetto, @alex.righetto created to raise international awareness about human trafficking.
