Founder & CEO
Gladys Margarita Diaz
Gladys Margarita Diaz is an award-winning entrepreneur, architectural urban designer, and dedicated community development leader based in Miami, Florida. With decades of experience building public-private partnerships, she has become a prominent voice in Hispanic homeownership advocacy, urban design policy, and cultural innovation.
In 2025, Gladys was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) South Florida chapter, where she serves as Government Affairs Director. In this role, she influences housing policy, strengthens legislative outreach, and expands opportunities for Hispanic homeownership and wealth building across Florida and beyond.
Gladys’s impact extends beyond advocacy into transformative design leadership. She co-founded and chairs the Architectural Design Committee for the Miami-Dade Housing Finance Authority (MDHFA), where her work helped establish design criteria that improve quality of life in affordable housing and contributed to the MDHFA receiving the National Multifamily Award of Excellence in 2024.
A champion of creative communities, Gladys is the visionary behind Coral Rock Village, a historic landmark revitalization in Coral Gables that blends Gaudí-inspired design with year-round cultural programming and art residencies. Since 2007, the project has provided “homes for creative minds” and was recognized with a Dade Heritage Trust Award and featured on HGTV’s Small Space, Big Style.
Gladys also co-founded an AI-powered real estate tech company, Agent Mira, which equips homebuyers with market insights, legislative updates, and educational tools to empower informed homeownership decisions.
Her earlier work includes securing multi-million-dollar grants through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) to revitalize communities adjacent to historic sites and co-founding the Artist in Residence program for multifamily properties with American Landmark Apartments to support emerging artists.
Committed to nurturing future leaders, Gladys established a Community Development Internship Program in partnership with Cornell University and major housing organizations, giving students real-world experience in urban planning and affordable housing.
Across all her initiatives, Gladys Margarita Diaz blends art-inspired design with sound legislative advocacy to create vibrant, sustainable, and culturally rich communities where residents thrive.
